Here is some of my more recent works, it includes both knifes, blades and jewelery items. If you see anyhting you like I would be more than happy to make another, so just drop me an email at mozzy@farquharforge.com and we can work somthing out.

A small knife made from the suspension spring from a Slamdunk basketball hoop. I tested the spring and its good, solid spring steel. I attached a short length of chain to the loop at the back and made a small belt hook so it can be worn on the belt so when working around the shop you have a little blade right at hand.

Damascus steel camp knife blade. A large broad carbon Damascus steel camp blade etched in ferric acid to bring out the steel patterning, flat ground with a convexed edge for strength.

Steel scrolled and twisted pendants. I make these quite a bit when the forge is warming up or cooling down. Made from steel and supplied with a beaded thong, can be used for a pendant or with a split ring for a key chain.

Mokume Gane band ring. Made from twenty alternating layers of 925 sterling silver and copper. The ring is hand forged and rolled thin to make the pattern in the ring. Can be made to order all you I need is your ring size.

Bushcraft knife made with 3mm O1 tool steel with black micarta handle slabs. The knife has a "splatter etch" on the blade and a saber/scandi ground edge. Sold with a handmade leather sheath

A Damascus carbon steel friction folder blade for making friction folder pocket knives. A sub 3 inch blades (UK legal) with a flipper arm and 3mm pivot pin hole

A small knife made from an old frame saw blade. I was fortunate enough to know an old saw doctor who let me have some old frame saw blades, they are very good old L6 saw steel. I attached a short length of chain to the loop at the back and made a small belt hook so it can be worn on the belt so when working around the shop you have a little blade right at hand.

Small clip point knife. Made with 3.2mm thick 1080 carbon steel. Sabre grind with Mandrone Burl scales, aluminium 6mm pins and lanyard tube

A blade shape I call "fat belly". This one is made from a 0.8% simple carbon steel. Givens a flat grind and had been made with a hamon, which is a Japanese technique to harden the edge and give a wave or line near the edge it can be seen beautifully on Japanese swords. The blade has a length of about sevel inches and is 3.2mm thick and has 6mm holes milled for handle bolts

General utility knife with Ironwood handle slabs. A 7 inch knife made with 3.2mm thick 1080 steel with a flat grind, brass pins and lanyard tube

A Thunderforge raindrop pattern carbon Damascus steel blade. Done with a flat grind and etched in ferric acid to show the steel pattern

Forge finish scandi blade. A Scandinavian hand forged blade. Made with spring steel and left with a "forge finish" or "raw forge" on the sides of the blade. These blades are great for making functional Scandinavian type knives

Small forged neck/desk knives. Forged from spring steel and are fully shaped on the anvil face. Heat treated and sharpened ready for use

A smiths knife, ie its a knife that is totally made of steel, this one is spring steel with a spilt looped end and a handle twist. Knives like these are real using knives not just ornaments as they go threw the same treatments that any working knife goes through in the manufacturing process.

A splatter etched bushcraft knife. Made from 3mm thick O1 tool steel finished with maple burl scales and brass pins and lanyard tube. The splatter etch like the forge finish is great for working knives as it hides any scratches and dings that a blade will get through real use out in the woods.

Another "fat belly" knife. This one is made from 3mm thick O1 tool steel. It has a flat grind and had been given an etch or patina with Nando's hot chilly sauce. The handle is pink ivory (a kind of wood)and has brass pins and lanyard tube The blade has a length of about seven inches

Spear point bush craft blade blanks. Made from 3mm O1 tool steel and are given my splatter etch to protect the blade sides. They are ready milled with 6mm pin and lanyard holes and are hardened and tempered ready for handling.

Spear point bush craft blade blanks. Made from carbon spring steel with a forge finish. Spear point tips for drilling into wood and a strong scandi grind for those hard woodland tasks.

Steel forged pendants. I made these from steel nails , folded and scrolled to make nice pendants or attached to a spit ring for a keychain fob.

Hamon blade. Hammered from 1095 simple carbon steel with 0.95% carbon. The blade has been a disctinctive hamon by backing the blade in clay before quenching. The blade is then polished and sharpened

Bronze forged pendants. Made from 3mm silicone bronze, folded and scrolled to make nice pendants or attached to a spit ring for a keychain fob.

Small forged neck knives. Forged from spring steel and are fully shaped on the anvil face. Heat treated and sharpened ready for use. Some customers like to drill the handle for pins some just use them they way they are.
